It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Orders of this Court dated 05.09.2012 in W.P.No.10696 of 2012 and same is not disputed by Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the Order dated 05.09.2012 in W.P.No.10696 of 2012. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of these writ petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of.
