HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8739 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: " to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action against the stoppage of illegal & non-ISI water plants running illegally and supplying water without having bureau of Indian Standards, inspite of petitioners' representations dt. 09.09.2017 & 24.10.2017 is illegal and void and opposed to the Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently to direct the respondents to take immediate steps to stop the running and supplying of water plants without obtaining proper permissions and license and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development (TG) for respondent No.1, Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) for the respondents 4 to 10, the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) for respondent No.11 and Sri Vinod Reddy, counsel offers to appear for respondent No.12, and perused the prayer in the Writ Petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record.

It is needless to say that, even from the submission of the learned Government Pleaders, a duty is cast upon the respondents to consider the request of the petitioners. 4.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners pending and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving notice and hearing the other stakeholders, if any. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
