HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.100 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.135 of 2015 from the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru and transfer the same to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Wife filed this application contending that she is resident of Kondapur, Hyderabad and that she has 2 daughters to be taken care and it is difficult for her to travel from Hyderabad to Eluru for defending O.P filed by respondent.

3. Advocate for respondent reported no objection but requested that Family Court, Hyderabad may be directed to dispose of the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, O.P.No.135 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari and transferred to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law. Family Court, Hyderabad shall decide the O.P., as expeditiously, as possible, preferably within six (06) months from the date of receipt of the records.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed. __________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J Date: 10-03-2016 gvl
