None appears for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court noticed that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition was seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not calling the petitioner to written test and interview on the ground that the petitioner was over aged as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Artisan Trainee by relaxing the age.

At this point of time, such a direction cannot be granted to the petitioner.
