COMMON ORDER :
Extensive submissions are made by the learned counsel for petitioners. However, at this stage, having realized that petitioners are not entitled to the prayer sought in the writ petition, learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to at least three months time to vacate the premises wherever occupied by the petitioners.

Subject to the petitioners filing an undertaking before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nandyal, Kurnool district, on or before 04.10.2017, petitioners are granted time to vacate the premises by 15.11.2017. No further extension can be granted. 3.
Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in these writ petitions shall stand dismissed.
