Sri B. Bala Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition. 2.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. 3.

Registry is directed to return the original documents to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
