The case of the petitioner is that petitioner made a representation on 17.08.2018, which was acknowledged by the respondents on 18.08.2018, seeking extension of term of Managing Committee. But, no action has been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.

Since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
