The challenge in this revision is to an interlocutory order passed in IA.No.123 of 2010 in OS.No.65 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ongole.

The note of the Registry shows that as per the telephonic information furnished by the trial Court, the suit itself was decreed on 09.10.2012. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
