HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.10699 OF 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation for appointing him as 'Mutawalli' is pending before the concerned authority and the concerned authority has submitted report. Inspite of the same, the respondentWakf board is not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Farhan Azam Khan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Wakf board.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner's representation is stated to have been pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
