Kondu Sathaiah, v. The State Of Telangana, Revenue Department
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.26670 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner states that he has applied for grant of pattadar passbooks as a successor to his mother viz., Kondu Lakshmakka, W/o.Kondu Hanmaiah. The petitioner stated to have made applications under Form 6-A on 23-03-2015 and also on 18-04-2015. However, alleging that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that pursuant to the application received from the petitioner on 23-03-2015, the 4th respondent has issued notice on 21-04-2015 and heard the matter on 23-04-2015, wherein objections were received from other persons claiming to be the legal heirs of Lakshmakka and filed objection petition on 13-04-2015. In view of the said objection, no orders are passed on the petitioner's application.
Since the 4th respondent has already heard the parties, it is appropriate for the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application as well as objection petition, as stated above, and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
