We are informed that Mr.A.V.L.Narayana Rao and Mr.V.V.Sudhir, for whose production this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, are in judicial custody in connection with some crime. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
