Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for respondents. 2.

Petitioner is appointed as an Anganwadi worker and is working at Bapuram village, Halaharvi Mandal, under the control of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the Kurnool District. Petitioner is a resident of Aluru which is her in-laws place. She submitted representation on 16-03-2017 to 3rd respondent requesting for posting in Aluru on the ground that she is a local of that village, that there is a vacancy in the said village in the post of Anganwadi worker and she should be posted in the said place.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 states that 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within eight weeks and inform his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within eight (8) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
