Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the proceedings Rc. No.4062/2014-D5 dated 05-05-2016 the 4th Respondent confirming the proceedings Rc.No.2903/2013-A dated 08-08-2014 of the 5th Respondent through which the 5th Respondent confirmed the proceedings in Special Register No. 267/2012-DT dated 08-07-2012 of the 6th Respondent relating to land an extent of Ac.4-58 cents in Survey No.315/1 of Nidamarru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 and the Rules made therein and consequently setaside those proceedings of the Respondents 4 to 6.

W.P.M.P.No. 28088 of 2016 :- Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to issue an interim direction to Respondents 2 & 3 not to release any compensation and patta to 7th Respondent in lie of acquisition of the land an extent of Ac. 458 cents situated in Sy.No. 315/1, Nidamarru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District pending disposal of W.P. No. 22844 of 2016 on the file of the High Court.
