This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.4 in not releasing the cousin brother of the petitioner by name Surendra Kumar S/o.Rajeram who is A-6 in Cr.No.643 of 2018 of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad inspite of bail granted in Crl.MP.No.139 of 2019, dated 18-05-2019, by Assistant Sessions Judge, Sangareddy. Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions already said Surendra Kumar was transmitted to the State of Haryana through Haryana police. The same is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner.
