No representation for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent - decree holder would submit that when the matter came up for hearing on the previous occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 07.04.2015 in CRPMP.No.1833 of 2015, the decretal amount was paid and the same is lying to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.281 of 2000 and the revision petitioner is no more.

In such an event, when legal representatives of the revision petitioner are not brought on record and the decretal amount being paid and the sale proceeds being deposited by the decree holder having purchased the property under attachment with the permission of the Court, it has to be construed that the decree in O.S.No.281 of 2000 is satisfied.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the revision, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
