Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Investigating Officer has already completed investigation and filed final report stating that case has been referred as 'civil in nature'.

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, w'ith a liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
