When the matter was listed on 25.2.2016, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed to post the writ petition on 26.2.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
