Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 23.11.2015 in Form 6A as prescribed under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, but no action has been taken by the 4th respondent in that regard till date.
2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.23.11.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.23.11.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
