THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12944 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners contend that petitioners have submitted the representations dt.13-04-2015, 22-04-2015, 19-012016, 25-01-2016 and 22-03-2016 for entering the name of Boyelapalli Issac in the Online Revenue records pertaining to the subject land, and that 4th respondent is not passing any others thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said representations and pass appropriate orders thereon within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above

directions. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
