There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent company, on specific instructions from Mr.K.C.M.Kumar, Managing Director of the respondent company, submits that the dues payable to the petitioner have been settled and there are no more dues payable to the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, the company petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to seek re-opening of the company petition, if the statement made by the counsel for the respondent is not correct.
