THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3321 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.63 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad city, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to agitate the same by filing a fresh petition. 3.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
