This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 21.02.2004 to the extent of granting permission in favour of the fourth respondent to extract water of Vemuluru Vagu through land in Sy.No.451 of Sarvaram village, Garidepally Mandal, Nalgonda District.
