Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
