THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20311 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner challenges the action of respondents in categorizing the fair price shop No.17 at Gowducheruvu village, N.P. Kunta Mandal, Ananthapur District as S.T. reserved through proceedings Rc.No.1657/2014/B dated 01.07.2014 as illegal and unconstitutional.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the third respondent issued fresh notification for appointment of fair price shop dealer to shop No.17 and dealer was appointed in pursuance of the said notification. According to him, the appointment is compliant to the requirement of the Government orders in vogue and the cause in the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

The submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
