ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners is that in terms of the order of the 4th respondent in Ref.B2/1685/2013, dated 01-07-2014, the report, which is required to be sent by the 5th respondent, is not yet sent and thereby the consideration with regard to grant of house site pattas in favour of the petitioners and others is held up. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 5th respondent, which specifically state that then Tahsildar has already sent a report to the Joint Collector in Ref.No.A.174/2013, dated 03-01-2014, explaining the present situation with regard to the lands in question and that appropriate report is already with the Government.

Since the subject report is already stated to have been sent by the 5th respondent, it is for respondents 1 to 3 to consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
