The petitioner had made an application in Form 6-A under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed to him in respect of the subject land. He alleges that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action on the said application.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
