THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.6333 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the letter dated 29.12.2003 issued by the 1st respondent to collect loan amount @ Rs.4582/- as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to collect the loan amount at the rate of Rs.802/- per month for a period of 120 months, as otherwise the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 28.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
