THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5312 of 2009 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ tenant submits that possession of the schedule property has been delivered long time back and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication; and that the subject matter of the revision petition has become stale and therefore, the revision petition may dismissed as infructuous.

The sole respondent/ landlord died.

Perusal of the material on record reflects that an application in CRP MP.No.1703 of 2011 to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 2 to 4 was filed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the said application. In view of the above facts and the submissions, the revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
