Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this C.R.P. and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file Vakalat duly signed by him and attested by the proper authority within a period of four weeks from today. C.R.P. is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is also open to the petitioner, at any subsequent stage, to seek permission of the Court to prosecute the suit through General Power of Attorney and if any such attempt is made by the petitioner, the Court below shall consider the prayer afresh.
