THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40572 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the affidavit annexed to the writ petition, therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by calling them to Task Force office without any lawful authority, and consequently an interim direction be passed against the respondent No.2 to 5 herein directing them not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members by calling them to Task Force Office without following due process of law and such any other order or orders be passed which deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Written instructions dated 23.12.2015 were furnished by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that no complaint or case had been received or registered against the petitioner on the file of the Task Force Department. He further stated no one, including the respondent No.5, had approached the task force department or lodged any complaint against the petitioner. He further stated that the police authorities had nothing to do with the dispute, if any, between the parties, which appeared to be civil in nature. The allegation of the petitioner that he and his family members were summoned and made to sit in the office of the Task Force Department from morning to evening was denied.

3. The aforestated stand of the police authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition and the same is also conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
