HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9961 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners grievance is that the directions of respondent No.2 dt.28.02.2015 in Case No.C/1985/2014 to respondent No.3 for survey, demarcation and mutation of the petitioners names over an extent of Ac.5.06 gts of land, which they have obtained under an award dt.21.09.2013 in P.L.C.No.394 of 2013 is not being implemented by respondent No.3.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that respondent No.3 will take action to implement the said order on or before 30.05.2016. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take action pursuant to the order dt.28.02.2015 in Case No.C/1985/2014 passed by respondent No.2 on or before 30.05.2016, after giving notice to the petitioners. No costs.
