This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 24.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.273 of 2017 in O.S.No.41 of 2009 on the file of XX Additional Chief Judge Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and perused the material on record.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is intending to pay the outstanding amount on or before 15.02.2019. Learned counsel for the respondents in all fairness accepted for the proposal of the petitioner's counsel.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 5.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay the outstanding amount on or before 15.02.2019. If the petitioner fails to pay the amount on or before 15.02.2019, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate steps. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
