O R D E R

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in allowing the respondents 3 and 4 to encroach the state property as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to refrain from making illegal construction over the petition schedule property in Sy.No.1055/A, situated opposite to the APSRTC Bus Stand, Sadasivpet, Medak District.

This Court on 29.04.2013 passed a conditional order to take steps for service of notice, failing which the writ petition stands dismissed against respondents 3 and 4.

The note put up by the office shows that the said order has not been complied with. Hence, the writ petition automatically stands dismissed against respondents 3 and 4 for non-compliance of docket order dated 29.04.2013.

Since the writ petition stands dismissed as against respondents 3 and 4, the prayer of the writ petitioner to issue mandamus to respondents 1 and 2 to take action against respondents 3 and 4; against whom the writ petition already stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 29.04.2013, cannot be granted.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed against respondents 1 and 2 also. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
