HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1850 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.08.2017 in W.P.No.25567 of 2017. This Court vide the said order directed the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 26.07.2017, submitted by the petitioner.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that an order was passed on 28.10.2017 in pursuance to the said representation.

In view of the same, no further orders are required and the contempt case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
