THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1771 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of the CPC challenging the order dated 20.12.2010 in I.A.No.1137 of 2010 in A.S.No.10 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
