THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.914 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.2 and A.5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2014 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and this is a matter which has to be investigated by the police and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at this stage. Since it is a matter arising out of matrimonial dispute, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioners herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
