THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION NOs.5715, 4850, 4864 AND 4839 OF 2012 COMMON ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, would submit that, since the Kurnool Municipal Corporation has itself reduced the property tax, the petitioners do not wish to press for an adjudication of these Writ Petitions.

All these four Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
