Chennuri Pentaiah v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13544 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action for cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.11 guntas out of Ac.3.34 guntas in Sy.No.200/A, situated at Neelvai Village, Vemanapalli Mandal, Adilabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has alternate remedy to challenge the grant of patta in favour of unofficial respondent by way of filing an appeal. Admittedly, petitioner is seeking cancellation of patta said to have been granted in favour of the unofficial respondent in the year 1995 and no reasons are given by the petitioner as to why he has approached for cancellation of patta after long lapse of time. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
