THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.297 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri T.Sharath, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, states that I.A.No.718 of 2014 was filed to clarify the extent of land shown in the suit schedule property; while details of the land, in different survey numbers, are mentioned in the schedule, the total extent is not; adding up item Nos.1 to 5 in the schedule would show that the total extent is Ac.55.26 cents; the petitioners had only sought to amend the plaint by giving a detailed break-up of Ac.38.551⁄2 cents out of the total extent of Ac.54.94 cents; and, instead of pressing for an adjudication of this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to point out these details from the plaint itself.

As it is always open to the petitioners to do so, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
