Vasam Somamma, v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20648 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the petitioner's right over the land admeasuring Ac.5-01 cent covered by Survey No.122/36 situated at Vedanthapuram Village, Aswaraopet Mandal, Khammam District, stating that respondent Nos.5 to 7 are making claim over the same, as illegal and arbitrary.
The case of the petitioner is that one Gaddem Maddemma, who is no other than her grandmother, is the original owner and pattadar of the subject land and by virtue of succession, though she came into possession of the same, respondent No.4 without issuing any notice to her is trying to interfere with her possession over the subject land. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 is purely an inter se dispute, and respondent No.4 has not interfered with petitioner's right over the subject land.
Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is having any dispute with respondent Nos.5 to 7 with regard to the subject land, it is open for her to approach the appropriate forum. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
