No. 702 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 13.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 18993 of 2017.

The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P). appearing on behalf of the respondent, submits that the order dated 13.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.18993 of 2017 has been complied with which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
