ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that when the services of the petitioner were sought to be disengaged, she has filed the present writ petition and in view of the interim direction granted by this Court on 12.09.2002 in W.P.M.P.No.21763 of 2002, the petitioner has been continuing in service and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
