THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35046 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition was to the possession notice dated 18.09.2015 issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Pursuant to compliance with the conditional order granted by this Court, the respondent bank did not proceed further in pursuance of the impugned possession notice.

Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank, now informs this Court that the loan account was regularized during the pendency of this writ petition and that the petitioner is discharging the loan liability in accordance with the schedule. He therefore states that the impugned possession notice ceased to have effect and no proceedings would be taken pursuant thereto.

The afore-stated stand of the respondent bank is taken on record. In the light thereof, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _______________ SANJAY KUMAR, J _____________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 9th June, 2016 IBL
