This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.358 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal (District Judge) at Rajahmundry. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
