Solomon Shalendra Kavoori, v. The State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12440 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 4 in not taking any action on the petitioner's complaints dated 18.03.2017 and 04.04.2017. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and respondent No.5 are father and daughter. There is a dispute with regard to the property and an order of injunction is prevailing in favour of the petitioner. In spite of the same, when respondent No.5 is sending some unsocial elements to dispossess the petitioner, present Writ Petition is filed.
In view of the injunction in favour of the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the concerned civil Court seeking appropriate orders for Police aid, if any. Giving such liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 10.04.2017 vs
