On 19.07.2018, at request made on behalf of the appellant/ APSRTC, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.07.2018 under the caption "For Orders". On 26.07.2018, the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant/ APSRTC again requested time and accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 02.08.2018 under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Thereafter, the matter underwent two adjournments at the request of the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant/ APSRTC. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the appellant/ APSRTC. The learned counsel for the respondents is present. It appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
