Since the subject of these writ petitions is one and same, they are heard together and disposed of by this Common order. These writ petitions are filed for a writ of mandamus, declaring the auction notification dated 21.03.2012 proposed to be held on 26.03.2012 relating to shopping complex of Kuppam Grampanchayat and Ashoka Hotel, Kuppam, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in these writ petitions is covered by order dated 29.09.2015 in W.P.No.9184 of 2012 and batch and the same is not disputed by Sri G Sheshadri, learned Government Pleader for Gram Panchayat. Since, the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the said order.
