Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners claim that they are the successors to the protected tenants of the lands in Survey Nos.508, 470, 132 and 133 of Pochampally Village and Mandal, Bhongir, Yadadri District. They made a representation dated 26.02.2018 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Choutuppal Division, Bhongir, Yadadri District, the 3rd respondent, requesting him to include the names of their legal heirs in the revenue records by issuing the certificate under Section 38-E of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Primarily as seen from the records, the representation itself was made on 26.02.2018 and even before the same is considered by the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is filed. This kind of practice of rushing to the Court soon after filing of the representation in matters of this nature cannot be countenanced. Thus, the direction as sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Choutuppal Division, Bhongir, Yadadri District, the 3rd respondent, to consider the representation, dated 26.02.2018, filed by the petitioners as per

his schedule by following the due procedure as required in law and communicate his decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
