HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.14512 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 29.4.2013 in LR.No.756/TP/2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

It seen from the record that the petitioner was granted temporary permit for Ordinary Earth for a quantity of 5340 Cu-m., in Sy.No.41/2 over an extent of 0.88 acres of Ayodhya village, Krishna District; through proceedings dated 29.4.2013 the said temporary permission issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled; as the said permission was valid for a period 11 months, the writ petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
