THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1560 of 2014 ORDER:

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order dt.01-09-2014 in W.P.No.25356 of 2014, directing release of petitioner's goods vehicle bearing No.AP-29-TB-1439, has been complied with after filing of the Contempt Case. Having regard to the said submission, I am not inclined to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court. In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
